How many capsules can I take in a day?

For our All Day Energy product do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24-hour period. [Do not take the capsule(s) on an empty stomach.] Everyone has a different body chemistry and reaction to products they ingest. Most people will take one capsule of our All Day Energy product in the morning and experience heightened energy the rest of the day. Some people will find that one capsule is too much for their personal tolerance, particularly at first. In general they get satisfying results by dissolving the contents of a capsule in liquid and sipping this mixture during the day.

And in some cases, particularly for people who have a habit of consuming stimulants and energy products, the best results will be obtained from several capsules per day. The results of All Day Energy can usually be felt within 30 to 60 minutes after taking the product, so we recommend that you start with smaller doses until you have found the optimum result for you.

For our Natural Detox product do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24-hour period. [Do not take the capsule(s) on an empty stomach.] Most people will take one capsule of our Natural Detox product each morning and experience daily detox and relief from the bloated feeling often caused by today's diets and lifestyles. The results of Natural Detox can usually be felt within 24 hours after starting to take the product, so we recommend that you wait at least 48 hours before trying doses larger than one capsule per day.

Do I have to become a distributor to buy the product?

Will I be an Xtreme Health Formulas employee when I join?

No. Although you will need to abide by all the rules and regulations affecting authorized Xtreme Health Formulas distributors, you will be an Independent Distributor (ID). You will be able to set your own hours and work when you want. You will also be responsible for any taxes and/or business licenses your local or federal government requires.

What is a Sponsor?

The person that introduced you to the Xtreme Health Formulas opportunity is your sponsor. He or she is the person who will help you grow your business. Please contact your sponsor if you have any questions not answered on the website.

What is a Binary Compensation plan?

The Binary Compensation plan is designed to have each distributor create two teams of distributors as he or she expands their business. These are typically described as the distributor's two "legs." When a person is sponsored, he or she must placed in either the right side leg or the left side leg of their sponsor's organization. Binary compensation plans have the advantages of being simple build, simple to explain, and automatically creating team support, since as sponsors add more distributors those new distributors help the older ones already on the team (through a process called "spillover").
